Cancellation Policy

By registering your child for the Yuri Method Winter Camp, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Participation in the camp includes hands-on experiments and activities designed for educational purposes. While we prioritize safety and provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), participation in these experiments involves minimal risks. By enrolling, you consent to your child's involvement in these activities and agree to follow all safety procedures outlined by our instructors. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs during registration. All students must wear closed-toe shoes and adhere to our lab safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Yuri Method is not liable for injuries resulting from a failure to follow safety procedures or instructor guidance. We also cannot be held responsible for lost personal belongings during camp sessions. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded due to the limited availability of spots. Should unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel, a full refund will be issued. By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm your understanding that participation in Yuri Method Winter Camp requires compliance with all safety measures and guidelines.
