Cancellation Policy
Session booking and check-in are required to help us honor our generous no-expiration policy. We kindly ask all families to book in advance. If a session is booked but not attended, it will count as used. However, if you cancel or reschedule ahead of time, the credit stays on your account. This helps us manage limited spots and waitlists while keeping our flexible, family-friendly system running smoothly.
